The Tamil biopic drama is directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and features Sivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi and Bhuvan Arora. Sivakarthikeyan plays the role of Major Mukund Varadarajan, an Ashoka Chakra awardee who was honoured for his bravery during a counterterrorism operation while on deputation to the 44th Rashtriya Rifles battalion in Jammu and Kashmir.
It is an adaptation of the book series India's Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh.
